How to create and configure CC (Participant) field in JIRA

To enable users to create and configure CC or participant field in JIRA.

1. Create a Custom Field called CC with custom field type as User Picker (multiple user).
2. Add the newly created Custom Field CC to the relevant Screens that you require it for.
3. Go to the relevant project’s Notification Scheme and add notification for the relevant Event. or you can select this field in the Permission Scheme Browse permission.
   For example: Notify CC users when the particular Issue is updated, or make your tickets privates except for the CC users ( remember that the watchers field don’t works for this purpose ).
